How would I go about taking the top cover off the center console?. Want to paint it...

 

Is it the console attached to the floor or the one on the seat back on the bench??

 

if you have bucket seats with that center console lift it up and there should be some i believe Phillip head screws, unscrew those then it should come right off!

Mines different this is what mine looks like

 

have you tried pulling down the black thing thats split all the way down the middle inside the console? that may revile some screws. what about on the back on the center console top? like when it's down see anything?

 

I wanna Bett you have to move that black rubber thing that's split

 

Ya I'll try to pull down the black piece but no there isent any screws on it when it's down on the back side

 

that's what I thought an like I said you probably need to pull down the black rubber thing that splits an it should be some screws there
