does anyone with a f-150 from the year 97-03 have a cb radio in it? If you do how big a radio is it and where did you mount it? Any pics? I have a cobra classic 29 and can not find anywhere to mount it much less that will look right without butchering the interior.

How big is the 29? I know cobra has a model that will fit in the console. If not,you could mount it under the middle seat. Harder to use it that way but it will have a cleaner look. Mine already has holes in it from a cb and to be honest they are so small I didn't notice them the first two weeks I had the truck.

 

I mounted mine to a 6x6 piece of triangle cut wood, painted it black that way I can take it out when its not hunting season.

 

I like the pics you all sent, and are very good ideas. Only problem, (I should have mentioned this at first, my bad) mine is a 5 speed manual with a manual 4x4 shifter in the floor.
