Anyone know how they took their cats out and their service engine light didnt come on? Much appreciated.

 

If u jus cut out the back two it wont come on. If you cut all of them out they sell o2 extenders on ebay to back the sensor out of direct flow and that will keep it from comin on

 

on mine i took the back two out and hollowed the fronts out and havent had a cel. i just left the sensor in the stock position too

 

well on my mustang when i put the o/r h pipe on it I jus went ahead an stuck them in it. Was thinkin about taking the front two out of my truck but im worried it will b a little too loud cuz its already fairly loud

 

u need a resistor to jump the sensor to give false reading
to pcm
but ign timing IPW & other minor things may go limp

 

So what I'm getting from this is that if I take my back two cats out I'll be fine? No service light?
