after the lift and tires, I would recommend a tuner from SCT or Edge, and some different sized gears.

Stay safe, and god bless you brother!

What year? 4x4 or 4x2? You mention 15" tires in a 97-03 forum. 97-03 requires at least a 16" wheel. A 3.5" lift is a spindle lift for a 2wd. only 4" and 6" for 4x4. I have a spindle lift, coil spacers that sagged down to about a 1" of lift(4.5"s total). I run 305/70/16(33x12x16) on 16*8 aftermarket wheels. I rub slightly on the back of the fender and had to trim the bottom edge of the front valance.
