Well i Ain't on any Chemo (Thank the Man above!) and i am very sorry you are having to go through it! I seen my Grandma on it and that stuff is hard on the body.

My previous doctor was basically a pill doctor and had me on something called Symbalta (sorry for the spelling) and on that stuff, five minutes in the sun and your going to hug the porcelain Throne ! I have a new doctor now and he is taking me off all that stuff but doing it in a way that wont make me sick so hopefully soon i will feel human again.

I can't wait to get out and go camping. I don't have a camper i just have an 8 man tent. Usually just go by myself or with my brother. We always have a great time.

I am with the guy that mentioned the truck tent. I do wonder how those work with trucks with toolboxes in the bed though. Never really seriously looked into one. I have a fiancee now and she loves camping as well as i do so i may seriously look into one.

Me either, trying to talk the wife into going, but her schedule rarely allows for two days in a row off. We used to camp when we were young, maybe she can't get a vacation day or two.
I like the truck tent idea, gonna look into it, off the ground sounds good!

Get a good air mattress and one of those and campin' would be a snap! course all yer camping gear would end up on the ground, coolers ect....
I was looking at the hennessy hammocks, they are a tent/hammock/chair, and they start out about 150ish. Look like it would be good to put in a backpack for campin' or a saddle bag for motorcycles. Couple of those hammocks and all yer coolers and small generator and you could go anywhere comfortably, without pulling a trailer.

Lol... Ill take pics of my setup next week when i get the canopy on.

But just a bit of a teaser....

1) Zodi dual burner hot camping shower.
2) truck bed mattress (5.5 box tailgate down,7'long)
3) Coleman dual burner bbq
4) Coleman 12 cooler(holds 45quarts)
5) screen tent with zippers.
6) leer100XL (multiple options)
7) 2 7gallon jugs for showering.
8) shower tent (walmart, 60bucks)

Also, i have a dog... So, cargo needs to be kept in the screw when sleeping... Dog has her own bed, that can go on the ground near the truck. And we plan on setting up the screen tent, and just backing the truck into the tent, and i got other screens to cover the holes from mosquitoes.

Think of a napier suv tent, but all open.

Oh, and the Zodi made garden hose cold water (4gallons) b*tchin hot in 5 mins. But with the 6v pump, i already plan on getting the 12v pump next year.

If youre wanting to buy any of these things, talk to Clark @ autoanything.com.

As for the Zodi... Cabelas.com

I'm the guy with the truck tent - and it seems like they've come down in price since I bought mine (5 years ago - check the avatar on the left). Toolbox will NOT fit, as you roll it out into the bed, the corners are expected to be clear (the fiberglass rods go diagonally into the corners). Inflatable mattress fits between the wheel wells, so inside the tent, you can put your clothing changes, and creature comforts (fan, dvd player, etc). Nothing else will fit. That's why it's great to have the SCab - with back seats folded down, to keep the rest of your stuff. I also have a fire and ice grill, which has the ice chest underneath, and the burner rises to clear, when you need to grill. It's heavy, but just enough to lift onto the truck bed once the tent is rolled back up. Everyone here has some great ideas!
