Default cab swap

Will a super cab and bed fit on the frame from a standard cab and 8ft bed?

You'll probably have to weld in rear cab mounts, perhaps adjust the bed mounts. Not sure.

I don't think it's possible without some heavy modification to the frame as the frame bends down under the cab and then bends back up where the bed starts. The area under the cab where the frame bends down is only as long as the cab sitting on it, in this case a regular cab, so a supercab wouldn't be able to fit into this space without stretching the section of frame underneath.

The frame is the same as my super cab. It is just the cab mounts that I am not sure about. If the front four are the same then I can deal with the rest. The bed is no big deal.

Are you sure that where the section of frame that drops down on both trucks is the same length, that's the only place where I'd imagine you would have a problem.

Yes they are both measure the same. The regular cab ends 7 inches before the rise and the super cab follows the rise. And it looks like they both use the same 6 mounting location.
