Default Cab/Marker Lights?

Should I put cab lights on my 2003 F150 SuperCrew? I want it to look really cool and I think marker lights would make it look cool...any thoughts?Cab/Marker Lights?-photo509.jpg

Idk a lift or change in stance will probably have a bigger effect. That's a 2wd right? I'm judging based on the grill. I think raising the truck to the height of a 4x4 and adding factory fender flares + cab lights will change the look drastically.

I like the clearance lights, If I could get past drilling holes in my roof I'd do it.

Lol sorry about that I was so focused on the grill i didn't notice. My truck looks almost identical so I was focusing on the height of my truck lol. Yah I'd put them on then.

Your right I can see it in that pic. I think that's a good height for it. Have you considered a roof rack? Can lights and a roof rack could work IF the right ones are selected.

EDIT: I take back what I said about the fender flares. With that color combo I think it looks better w/o
