A/C issues

I have a 99 F-150 and the a/c is not blowing cold and the fan clutch keeps cycling on and off when the a/c is on.

You're low on gas my man. It's cycling cause the pressures are dropping too low and there's a pressure switch that is cutting the compressor out.
