Default bumper question

hello to all from Afghanistan. Dont get to get on much right now since the internet sucks over here and cost money.

anyways back on topic...

im gettin my truck repainted when i come home from deployment its an 02 fx4 super cab. silver with gunmetal on the front bumper and fender flares.

my question is. i dont like chrome so i wanna remove my chrome rear bumper and put a PTM rear bumper and was wonderin if the chrome piece on the front bumper can be removed and replaced with a paintable one?

i wanna keep the gunmetal piece on the top. and probably just gonna get a rear bumper off of a wrecked f150 sport if i can find one. any help would be appreciated and greatly considered.

thank you and God bless!

Yea every part of the front bumper is separate and replaceable. I know LMC has them.

You can separate it and scuff it up to paint it. atleast thats what I did with my chrome grille surround.

Thanks guys. I found the part on LMC and its not to bad. 175 for the primer piece. If I cant find a paintable one at a junk yard close to home thats probably what ill do.
