Default bumper fix?

I slid on some ice today and bumped my truck into a guardrail. It pushed it the bumper pretty good. Any ideas how to maybe pull it out or fix it?

Check the shaft on the steering box to the pitman arm. Last time I slid on ice I broke that and had to be towed. But post a pic of the bumper

I did this to my old truck when I hit a deer, it only got moved in a couple inches so I took a heavy duty ratchet strap and hooked it on there and then hooked it around the frame of a tractor. I would ratchet it tight and then jump on it and continued the process until it was back to normal but that was because the side was pushed in a little bit, don't know if yours is the same.

Just replace the bumper. It's 50 bucks at a scrap yard and 8 bolts to take out and put back in.

I found a few made in china bumpers online for like 200. I know someone who got a good usa made bumper that's suppose to last forever but it was pretty expensive. I don't whether to get a cheaper one or newer one, opinions?
