I haven't but most use an adhesion promoter, krylon fusion, and a spray clear

I painted mine. I used a SEM plastic flexible primer after I scuffed the hell out of it. Then like 5 light color coats. And I used SEM chip guard clear coat. Expensive paint but it looked great.

Also take it off so you can scuff better and paint all edges so it bonds better

Whatever you use, make sure you use it right and also clear coat it. There is one f150 here that has a black valance, the color is weird and it's peeling off, looks horrible

Light scuff just to knock off the gloss, start with real light color coats and get heavier but not enough to drip. Then use a clear coat doing it the same was as the color coats. Then if needed you can wet sand and polish to give it a mirror finish.

Oh and alternate spray patters, not all the same direction, to get better coverage

I sanded mine really good than for the chrome you need to prime it than paint over that. But I used automative paint with 2 coats of clear. And you don't wanna sand the bottom plastic part. Take some comet house cleaner and use that to put small scratches in the plastic. Than you can paint. Same goes for the back. good luck man

Your top bumper cap piece looks like glass. Was it that smooth before you painted it or was it the basic textured plastic? Mine is just plastic and I want to paint mine like that but I don't know how good it would look unless it has that smooth shiney finish.
