Default bumber back to black?

What is the best way to get the plastic parts of our bumpers back to a dark black color? Not using a temporary short term fix like back to black. I thought about rhino lining them or maybe even plasty dip or maybe some kind of paint? Has anyone tried any of these or others?

what i have found to work decently while i was detailing cars,
find an engine cleaner, try not to get on paint, get it sprayed on pretty good, then hit it hard and get close with a high pressure spray. it will do a pretty good job of blowing all the oxidation and other junk off of it. Just be wary of not hitting your paint, i have had pressure washers blow chips of the paint off also.

Agreed, truck looks much better like that.. never even thought such a simple fix can improve the look of a truck. Might have to look into doing this.

At my Autozone i found an actual plastics restorer. I can't remember the brand but it says right on it "turns plastics back to original black" or something. Basically spray paint but it's a little thinner and it worked good for me.
