Default building a engine

I can get a 2002 ford f150 5.4 block for 100 dollars that needs to be bored and honed and the crank from that engine which will also probably need to be turned, I'm thinking of getting a good set of rods and npi pistons and when my motor eventually goes out taking my 2003 pi heads and getting them worked and putting them on. From what I read this will put me around 10.5.1 or 10.1 compression. What I am thinking is what would be the hp/tq increase using the stock pi truck intake and manifolds? Thanks

You'll make about 15hp with out tuning.

And if I were to get a good custom tune from mpt or five star what would be the numbers?

25 at most. It takes more than just compression to make power with these 2v's especially N/A

There is a huge difference from doing a PI swap, and just going high compression with PI heads.

If your using the heads from the 02 then they are already PI heads.
