Front seems to be about 4 inches wider.
or I’m missing some HEAFTY Brackets. About 2 inches thick on each side lol

Yeah... not being a dick, but you're dead wrong. My Expedition and F150 were identical. Why would Ford make it wider in the front? Zero reason to.

Making it wider would negate the interchangeability of the suspension parts, motor placement, wiring, etc.

White, my measurements were based off of a brush guard with no brackets not real measuring. This leaves the brush guard brackets to be made in a way I didn’t think they would be. No big deal.

okay so mine measures up correctly. But how do you all mount yours because my frame measures around 35 outside to outside

Any chance your guard is from an '04-'05. LMC truck has some clearer drawings in their catalog.

highly doubtful, I’ve found some replacement brackets through etrailer.com but they don’t have the same mounting points that my brush guard has. I’ve found a few on eBay that appear to have the same mounting points so I’ve contacted them in hopes to get a set.

Just a thought. The 4 and 5 had an "outer support bracket" the 10 gens didn't and the plate on the end of the frame is way different yet the guards didn't, at least look substantially different.
