Default Brakes

When my truck gets real wet the back passenger side make a real loud clicking noise I'm guessing it's the brakes. I took t to a local shop after I took it all apart an could find anything and they couldn't find anything, any ideas? And it quits after about 40 mph and don't come back till you park for about a hour

I think the drum brakes in these trucks can be a real pain sometimes. After a heavy rainfall, my rear brakes lock up but they go away after making a few stops.

In my opinion, your issue may be normal.

Did you take the rotor off? Pull the caliper, caliper bracket, and remove the rotor to inspect the drum style emergency brake...

The e-brake is usually the problem too these symptoms...

Check it out and get back to us

Sounds like you should check for gear oil in your drums... A weeping axle seal will cause these conditions especially when wet... That and/or improperly adjusted brakes, bad brake adjusters, or cheaper braking equipment...

I did and the mechanic in town did, he said the same thing you did about the e brake, but that wasn't it. It's like a real lips clicking noise like if you stuck something in the spokes if a bicycle but it would only b as fast as a bike with like 4 spokes..
