Your brake switch is not working. It's either a faulty unit itself or a fuse is blown.
Brake-shift Interlock: This vehicle is equipped with a brake-shift interlock feature that prevents the gearshift lever from being moved from P (Park) when the ignition is in the ON position unless the brake pedal is depressed. If you cannot move the gearshift lever out of P (Park) with the ignition in the ON position and the brake pedal depressed: 1) Apply the parking brake, turn the ignition key to LOCK, then remove the key. 2) Insert the key and turn it to OFF. Apply the brake pedal and shift to neutral.

So you have new front pads, rotors, calipers, and master cylinder. My suggestion is to get a quart of brake fluid and a Lisle $15 bleeder bottle with check valve and hose from xyz auto parts store and bleed the system again with the engine running for the vacuum boost. I suspect you let the reservoir run low on fluid or didn't bleed enough air out. Don't let the reservoir run low. (Don't reuse old fluid either.)
Don't worry about the rear just thoroughly bleed the front. Pump 3 times and hold, crack the bleeder, let open for 3 seconds, close the bleeder, and repeat.
You should also look at the front brake hoses. Old ones collapse inside and restrict brake fluid flow.
