Default Brake fluid flush

2003 Supercab, short bed: decided to flush the brake fluid and I’m not certain how much replacement fluid should be required. Brake fluid is typically sold in 12 and 32 ounce containers. Will one tall boy be enough?

I did, hope it’s enough. The owners manual has every capacity except brakes, and I can understand why.

You flush till it comes out clear on all 4 corners, how much depends on how dirty it is, but usually the big bottle is enough.

I have 4 bottles from the Ford dealership. I need to do this too.
I didn't double check to see how much ounces are each.

.... unless you don't realize that the new fluid isn't water-clear, but has an amber tinge, and you keep flushing waiting for it to go clear. I used almost 2 quarts that time.

I liked when it was clear much better.
