Default Bought a set of HIDs

I bought a set of 9007 Sylvania 10,000k H.I.D.'s

Can I use these in the stock headlights? Also, what do you guys recommend doing to get the grit and stuff off the headlights?

Hoping to install them tommorrow.

The stock housings are the worst as far as scatter and glare. You can use them in there but you won't be helping yourself or anyone else very much. Lightening style headlights with the reflectors are better, but to do it right a full retro fit is needed.
