Question Blower speed problem..

I have a 04 HERITAGE XLT. The two low speeds for the blower stopped working. The two higher speeds work fine. Any hints on where to start? In the switch on the dash or motor itself or ??? Thanks, Dan

It is located underneath the passenger side dash it requires you to crawl underneath and look straight up I believe the blower motor resistor is just about smack dab in the middle of the glove box underneath one pig tail and two more bolts and you are all set Attached is a video I found that should help in the process of locating and replacing it
Best of luck
Nick
