2003 5.4L xlt, is there a blower relay and if so, were is it located? Think I,m having a problem, It shouldn`t work with no key in the ignition!
Anyone have this issue???

 

mine works with the remote start activated... are you saying with nothing on you can hit the fan and it'll work?? If so then there IS a deff problem

 

Yes sir-worked with Truck off and no key in ignition--all 3 speeds-Heat and a/c..very strange and the best part is-24 hours later--no problems. Any thoughts or ideas would be a great help and Thank you for responding

 

yes,blower worked with no key in ignition and truck not ruuning. worked in a/c and heating settings and 24 hours later, everything worked Normal. Very strange,any and all input is graetly appricated. Thank you

 

Had the same problem after changing my alternator. buzzer would also alarm when door was open with no key in the ignition. Disconnected the battery
and reconnected it in a couple of days and problem stopped. Relay must
have got stuck, problem never returned
