I have a 1997 f150 when I turn the heat/air control *** it blows out warm air on the driver side but hot on the passenger side. When I turn the *** you can hear the door moving how do I fix this?

 

Could be the door is starting to self destruct as usual. Does it still blow cold w/ AC?

Either tear it down and check the system (PITA) or cut a hole near the door (behind the cover panel in the black box). You can then reset the door (may have jumped teeth) and/or fix the lower mount with epoxy.
