better headlights
I'm wanting to upgrade my headlight both for looks and night time performance. I feel like the stock ones are pretty dim. I think I am looking for a clear lense, lightning style headlight. Are the 75 dollar ones off Amazon ok? I'd like and suggestions you guys have.
you're going to get a lot of people telling you to retrofit. Looks clean and is unmatched in output. You can look at theretrofitsource.com and BrowningSCrew did a how-to on it

Cheapest option is these off e-bay for $54 shipped. Just the headlights, no turn signals (but you can add those for $22).
Get a decent set of bulbs (I have had great results with Sylvania XtraVision, around $20 a pair) and you will have a huge improvement over stock.

Pick up some OEM replica lightning headlights from amazon or ebay and then pop in some Sylvania SilverStar bulbs. This setup will give you the best performance at a relatively low cost. The only way to get any better is to go with a retrofit.

I bought the same as garettharper78 for headlights. $85 on Ebay and I installed the Sylvania bulbs. Adds a lot to the everyday driving light and looks. I also have 2 rigid cubes in each fog light hole and a rigid 10 inch on my bush bumper. Where I'm from and for how much I travel, light bars are mandatory and in my eyes are well worth the money. They also look pretty good if you set them up nicely. I'll post pictures when I can of both.
