Default Beeping noise????

Hey there im Jeremy n i have a 97 f150 XL. And i need help. im trying to fuigure out how to turn off this beeping noise whenever i open my door when my key/truck is on. but when its off it dosent do it. is there a thing i can unplug or what??

Get a phillips screwdriver and unscrew the three screws under the ignition. After you've taken the bottome piece off you are going to see a purple wire leading to the ignition. Unplug that and you should be good to go. Someone on here did a write up on it, so you can try searching for that to if you need further details.

ya it probly is i will do it on another day because where i live its 95 with 70% humidity so its 2 hot for me to do it today any way lol

Not an hour after I said it was 95 out it clouded up and started to rain and hail and we got golf ball sized hail and so did my truck
