Default Bedliner in a can

Should I do this to the bottom portion of my truck, like at the bottom of the doors and around the trim above the tires and on front and back bumper. Gonna start trying to de-chrome my truck and figured i could have some added protection, plus it looks good to me! I know Rustoleum makes some "bed liner in a can" that i've heard is good but let me know what you guys think

I have used it on offroad vehicles like my Rhino and stuff..it's ok but wouldn't really use it on my truck. I would take it somewhere and have it sprayed if I was you. It will last longer.

I figure 6 cans should work I've got a long bed single cab goin make sure prep it really well wet sand and self etchin primer mask it off and all that. It should turn out fine. You would only need primer in areas with bare metal, you only need to scuff your paint (no glossy places) clean it with a pre-paint cleaner, wipe down with a tack cloth and your ready to spray, make sure to mask the truck really good and wash the truck before starting, there is also a tape you can buy with a wire edge that will cut the liner as you pull so you have a nice sharp line and you won't pull off any liner when unmasking

I used to work in a aftermarket garage and used to spray bed liners, I wouldn't say I'm an expert but I know enough to give some advice, if you have any questions feel free to ask
