Default Bed Width on 2002 F150
Could anyone tell me the exact bew with from inside bed rail to inside bed rail and or from out side bed rail to outside bed rail? Thank You

No . This probably doesnt help you at all but the distance between the wheels is the same width as a twin bed.

Inside bed is about 62-63.inches 68 inches where it sits on the bed rail area
