Hi all. So I have a 2001 f150 4door 4x4 and it’s driving fine but the GEM went out or so I was told by a buddy because of all the symptoms I have. Inside the truck nothing electrical will work except my headlights. It’ll start and drive but that’s about it. So I installed a new fuse block and GEM. No change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Ac controls work? Radio work? Nothing lights up? Does your speedo work? Does OD work?

 

Wouldn't the OP have to have the dealer program the GEM if it isn't already?
Provided it's the correct one?
Does the windshield leak?
