Default Bad day

Well about a week ago I lost the wheel on my truck going bout 60 mph and lost all brakes and steering. Just ended up braking all the studs and messing my rim up a little but I have been rebuilding and trying to find parts. Today I should have it on the road. Will put pics once I'm on my computer because my iPhone app doesn't work well.

No I run eagle alloys but only that one side was loose and it had to be loss ended by someone because I torque everything to spec. I have had these rims since I bought it and I have had this truck 2 and a half years.

I lost 4 of my 5 rear lug nuts coming home from a camping trip a couple weeks ago. Stopped because the knocking was so bad. Ended up having the insurance tow it home. I was just glad it didn't come off on the freeway. I was pulling my camper and doing about 80 before I got off the freeway at the exit for my house. Could have been a very ugly situation.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "it had to be loss ended by someone".

I'm assuming you meant to say that someone didn't torque them down right? If the lug nuts were loose, that certainly is an issue.

That's why I keep lug nuts and wheel studs and enough tools to change em in the toolbox

I wish I do but I wouldn't still have brakes but the company who towed me cost 100 for 25 miles and the late night fee. My wheel cylinder links will be in to day and I picked a lot of it up

These are the rims. I didn't start having trouble with this truck till I hit 220,000 miles

I meant that it was loose I think someone had loss ended them because the other side was on full torque spec

I think he meant loosen, he is said he had the app so I'm assuming auto correct won that battle.
