Default backspacing question

As everyone knows, 5x135mm isn't too common. I've been stressing for weeks what wheels i wanna get. i have an appt on April 4th and need the wheels in by then. i know 4.5 backspacing is preferred but i came across these wheels-

http://4wheelonline.com/Eagle_Alloy_....168277.617786

they have a 4.25 backspace and a -5mm offset. i'm going to run 295/75 r16s. will there be any problems with these wheels?
thanks!

They will stick out 1/4 of an inch further, shouldn't be a problem. Might have to trim a bit of the front valance, but that should be it.
