Power slider was available from 2002 + up for our f150's. Actually these trucks are actually prewired for it.
I bought the power rear slider , switch and dash surround from a wrecked 2002 Harley F150 and installed it. It was just a plug and enjoy addition.
Hint: (Check car-part.com. Thats where I got my complete setup)
Attached is a picture showing the location of the factory switch, below the headlight switch next to the adjustable pedal option.

Well power slider is nice but I just now got me a manual slider and outside trim for $30. No complaints here. Maybe in future far far future I may get power lol. Then again maybe not. Lol.
