If your going to get a trans from a superduty get one form a newer superduty with either a 5.4 or the 6.8 V10 as the bell housing is the same, but you will also need a body lift to the superduty trans. You will also need to make trans cooler lines as the ZF trans have a built in oil pump.

Man...it just depends on home much the truck is worth to you. honestly. its fun to do and drive. i drive mine daily and its a 5 speed 4x4 4.6l. i would love to swap the 5 speed out with one out of a F250 though. itd be nice. 5 speed with a low gear. haha.
