Should be legal, that site liftd posted says the max is 13'6". I'm on a 5" susp. lift with 35" tires and under 8' tall.

I am assuming inspection states.. I am from Cali and do not remember them having height limits...then again I moved when I was 17.

Indiana has no suspension or frame height laws.

Ma. law only says anything about a maximum of 2" with a suspension lift but what's that 4x4 equation?

Lift Limit = (Wheelbase x Wheel Track) / 2200

What's the "Wheel Track?"

Man that truck is clean. Way too nice to make into a lightning clone....unless it's the engine you want to clone! I'd drop it down just enough to pass inspection. Removing the body lift and reducing tire size will take away from the look a little, but if you could get away with a smaller body lift and the same tires I would try it. Either way, beautiful truck!

Diablo, Beautiful truck. It seems the consensus here is to keep that truck as is.

So you need to lower it to pass inspection and want a Lightning.

Solution: Sell that truck to someone here on the forum and buy a Lightning, case closed.
