I'd keep it how it is. I don't really see a point in lowering a 4x4 lol, but your truck looks good as it is.

I have a 99 corvette an a 99 lifted jeep wrangler too. I dont know if my driveway is big enough to add a lightning. Lol

Move to a different state so you can keep that gem as it sits. Looks good, it'd be a shame to lower it now...

What has to be dropped, the frame rail or the bumper?

I know I kept getting pulled over here in MI once the past the height law (frame rail). I could run 40's but not 44's. I believe the frame couldn't be more that 22.75" from the ground or something like that. Even being legal w/40's, I still was getting pulled over allot..at times by the same cop. It mellowed out in town after awhile, but if I went outside of town.....
