Yesterday, I started my truck and the anti-theft light started blinking, and for some time the headlamps were flashing too, the truck starts just fine, only problem is I had to disconnect the horn/klaxon, otherwise it will intermittently shout.

The anti-theft light is now blinking all the time.

any ideas?

Well one time my anti theft somehow tripped itself and completely shut the truck down. Wouldn't do...anything. Had to take it to the dealer, they plugged something up and reset the computer and the theft system. Dunno if that helps...hope it does though

 

Problem is there is no real ford dealer in nicaragua, and the only one that has ford logo in their store, dont give a sh!7 about f-150's. they said "we dont bring them here, so we can't help you".

even getting the spark plug wires was a headache

 

I'll take it to a random car electrician

 

Dang, that really sucks. Cuz yea, it could very easily do what mine did and leave you stranded somewhere
