Your truck will be out of alignment turning them up an inch.
It's up to you if you want to buy new tires often or not.

You gotta pay to play man.

I cranked my T-bars until almost level a while ago and didn't get it re-aligned. I wanted to, but it was inconvenient at the time to get it done. I've put at least 15,000 miles on since then and haven't noticed any abnormal tire wear. It's still a good idea, but since it hasn't been eating tires, I'm not too concerned. I'll definitely get it done when I buy new tires, but I sometimes do that reguardless.

I cranked mine a little over an inch. When I went to buy new tires I got my alignment done at the same time. The Camber was still in spec. I know different people have had different results. Your best bet is to get it aligned. I got mine done for 40 bucks and all they had to adjust was the toe in on one wheel.
