Default Adding power locks

I did a search and found some but not a lot. I would like to know if anyone has added power locks with a alarm to a F150 with manual locks and windows.
Before I open up the door panels is the wiring already there? I know its a long shot but I thought I would ask. I have a 2003 single cab. The Alarm I bought sent some instructions and they are talking about if your truck has a "BCM" Body Control Module that you need to add some Diodes. Not sure if a 2003 Single cab with manual windows and locks would even have this or not.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

It's not likely that it's pre-wired for locks. It shouldn't be too hard to run wires through the door boot. Are you planning on adding OEM actuators or after market ones?

I got some that came with the alarm I bought from Ebay. Looks kind of simple and I'm sure they are aftermarket.
