Default Adding Fog Lights

Ok here I go, I hope this makes sense. I have an 03' F-150 SCREW, FX4 Lariat. I hit a deer a few weeks ago, damaged the bottom black plastic valence piece of the bumper. Ok, the question is can I order one with the Fog Lights installed and wire them up? My original does not have the fog lights, Is this even possible or would it be just faster and cheaper in the long run to get a light bar, bully bar with lights? Thanks, and I hope I made sense, If not I can try to explain, add info if need be. Thanks again!!

I'm betting you would have to order the lights and valance separate, or hit the salvage yards...

Do you think it would look better if I just replaced the valence, and got a light bar with lights?

IMO no, but I'm sure some others think the opposite. If I had to replace it anyway, it'd be a no brainer for me. Even if I were planning to add a bull bar and lights later, I'd still do it.

You should go for the fogs...the next deer will see you coming and get the hell out of your way.

I thought all 4x4's came with fog lights, and only the 2wd guys got gypped on that. Isn't the FX4 an uppity trim for 4WD trucks?

I added fogs to my 2003 and it was very easy to do. I bought the valance and fog lights separate on e-bay. When you buy the lights, make sure they come with the brackets.

Looking under the truck in the area where the lights go, I found the wires for the fogs already run from the factory. If I recall (I did this about 7 years ago) the wires were brown and yellow.

After hanging the valance and plugging in the lights, I had to replace the dash headlight switch (got a new one from RockAuto) which had the fog light set-up. No additional wires had to be connected or run, and no additional relays had to be put in.

I purchased my truck new, so I know someone previously had not done anything to add the fogs before me.

LMC has everything, but ebay is cheaper.

I'd add the valance and fog lights, then do a lightbar or bullbar later on.. looks good!

ebay would be cheaper, but i personally dont trust some things on there, i just looked in my catalog you can get the valance with fog light holes and tow hook holes for $70. You might want to look at ebay for the fogs though, there kinda pricey from LMC
