AC compressor cycling

Default AC compressor cycling
Just got back from a spring break trip with my son, six states, So. Cal to Grand Canyon then Monument Valley, and up to Ft Collins Co to visit my folks. The truck was solid though I am having issues with the AC compressor cycling off and on when the AC or Defroster are being used. Any ideas on what this can be, I topped off the refrigerant with AC pro about three weeks ago (FYI).

Why is that an issue? That sounds perfectly normal.
