Abs codes set when there is a fault and clear when fixed.

Auto Zone Hooked up a comp to it, and it only brought up my misfires and Oxygen heat sensor...

You will need a shop that has an abs specific scanner- possibly the dealer. Any old scanner wont work- they only do powertrain codes. I would advise getting it scanned before throwing any more parts at it. The dealer wouldn't charge more than $100 to diagnose it.

Griz....didn't we discuss having the codes checked last week and that ABS doesn't read in the average code reader? It has to run ABS and all the other specialty codes. (My AutoZone has an ABS reader here in Wasilla, but it is a brand new store). You can get an ABS fault with air in the lines or a leaky cylinder. It can throw an imbalance code. If it's leaking, fix it. That can be dangerous to you and everyone else. Your codes might just clear up once you make it right again. Good luck.

Hey AK the meter kept on Erroring on the guy at Advanced auto. Looked at the Haynes Manuel and it did mention about of there's a issue with Air or a bad Cyl it could illuminate the yellow ABS still.. So I'll replace that and see what happens.. Also the Check Engine light went out and all was good, then it came back on, seems as if every other day it's on and off
