from this, to this, to this.....
Here is my 2001 4.2L, regular cab, long boxed f150.... completely stock.

by this time I took off the bug deflector and have a jvc deck installed...

(from phone)
and now I have a 1.5" Daystar level, Cragar Blacks rims, Jvc deck, Mtx Thunder amp, Kenwood sub. Soon to have a Cherry bomb or flowmaster muffler, and I'm going to paint the inside of the grille black, along with the bumpers. I also want to eventually get 32" tires.

So what do you fellow ford owners think?

Yea I know I need some bigger rubber but fortunatly the rubber thats on it now is already more aggressive and abit bigger then normal f150 stock tires so thats sort of a plus. But it would still make a nice difference....
So it seems like I should black out the blue? What do you think about painting the bum?pers

Yea I've been thinking about that for a while but Its hard to come by because I never see an f150 painted the same colour thats an XLT
What do you guys think about this idea?
Milling some blocks to put in the back that are smaller then my current blocks so I can have a higher front end. Im thinking, mill them to be about 3/4's of an inch lower or maybe even one inch. I gotta look at the size of the stock ones to see if it would even be safe to go 3/4's of an inch, let alone a whole 1".
I'm on a really tight budget to get my truck the way I want and I'm so close. I just love the look of a higher front end and a spindle lift is out of my budget. Also once I get new tires my truck will be complete.
