Correct. I've tapped a few things (coolant related) over the years, and it's always turned out well. I usually order the tap with the recommended drill bit as a set so I am getting a brand new bit with it, and I prefer the Irwin kits.

yes and it would keep the accuracy of both sensors. Make sure you use Teflon tape when you do put in the sensors to ensure it won’t leak

Would liquid teflon work just as good? I used it on my freeze plugs.

The flywheel of my 5.4 is from a A4OD, and the trans in the truck is a 4RW70. As long as it's same diameter and for a 4 bolt TC, I should be good? I've read and can't find what I'm looking for. I know the e4od was replaced by either the 4rw70 or the 4r100,cant remember right off.

They are pretty dang close... it should work.

The starter is interchangeable too..... As long as the TC bolts up, I think it's good to go.
