97 Gauge Cluster Question
Ok so I have a question about the gauge cluster for 97-98's. I've been reading about the mods for the blue color and all that. So my question is, for my 97, do all I have to do to get the blue effect is switch the gauge cluster bulbs to LEDs in order for it to glow that blue color? Or are there other things needing to be done in order for the blue color? And the same for the manual temperature control.
Thanks in advanced.

Ok sweet. Any bulbs that work really well in particular? Links if possible. 1/3 of my gauge cluster is pitch black at night because I've got bulbs burnt out, so this is something I'll probably be doing rather soon.

Here is the finished result. Not too bad, imo and only took about 20 minutes. Plus the difference in visibility at night is awesome. Didn't do HVAC, though. Also picked up (2) 73 bulbs off SuperBrightLEDs.com that went in the cluster as well.

I just used some cheap 194's off Amazon that came in a 10 pack, so I'd have enough to change the cluster plus some extras for the cargo and under-hood lights. 10 for $3.49 seemed a little iffy to me, but so far they seem to be working well. You can take a look at them on Amazon Video Link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00877SL2M/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
