how hard to change? what all does it support other than radiator?

Everything bolted to the front of the truck minus the bumper the rad support is welded in so not the easiest part to swap out

it is welded? or just spot welded? thought new 1 bolted in?

Core support is spot welded in and the replacement would be too. The inner fenders, radiator, horn, trans cooler and headlight/grill assembly are all mounted to it.

mine is rotted out on bottom both sides at bushing, ac condenser sitting on frame

I have the same problem with mine and am looking to see how hard it would be. Could it be done in a weekend? just drill out the spot welds and pop it off or is there more to it? I also have a arc welder would that work to welt it back together?
