This is where I got the info that 16" wheels will fit with the brake mod. Both nfldfordman and Cmanjr both say that expys came with 16" wheels and will fit.

BRCL125RM and BRCL62RM. They are the same for the Expedition and 7700. Then buy 2002 Expedition rotors. It's bolt on.

No, you're not going to notice earth-shattering improvement for most driving.

I notice a difference but my brakes were pretty worn. The biggest difference is when I tow. Through the hills and Mountains, it's like night and day comparing old and new. Even comparing them to good new F150 brakes, they're great.

Unless you drive the truck like a sports car or you tow a LOT, I would not do the swap until you need to replace components. In my case, I need pads & rotors.

I noticed a pretty significant difference. Could be my mind trying to tell me the 500 dollar bill was worth it...

If you end up with the 7700 caliper brackets you will have clearence issues with aluminum 16" stock wheels. I did and I clearenced the bracket. On a truck with Drum brakes it makes a huge difference in the amount of stopping power. I have factory 16's
