6 Codes being thrown
P0171 Sys too lean bank1
P0174 Sys too lean bank2
P0301 Fault cylinder A-Misfire detected cyl1
P0456 EvapEmission Control sys. Very small leak
P0740 Torque converter clutch cir. malfunction
P0743 Torque converter clutch sys electrical failure
The first 4 Not that hard but the last 2 I'm not really sure where to go. would this be located in the trans or between the trans and ECU?

Per my Factory Manual set to a 2001 5.4 engine, since i have no idea what you have. In the manual it states to ensure the Main transmission connector is properly connected. I would disconnect and clean the connector with an electrical cleaner then reconnect, clear the codes and see if the codes come back. The Manual i have is for dealer mechanics, and i do not have the knowledge or equipment to complete all test the maual requires.
