Default Just a Guess:

If the leakage appears to be coming from the upper part of the bell housing the cam covers my be leaking and dribbling oil down into the VEE between the cylinders and out the rear and over the bell housing. Check the cam cover fasteners for tightness.

Try tightening all the oil pan bolts....you never know. If that doesn't help then:

Rear main seal.

Change oil to Mobil 1 High Mileage and run it for a while. That lube has a seal conditioner built into the additive package that may slow or eliminate the leakage.

For a possible faster response get a bottle of Gunk M2112 Engine Oil Stop Leak or similar and add about half the bottle to the crankcase and run the truck for a while, then change to M1 High Mileage at the next oil change.
