This question was answered in the four wheel drive problem thread, not trying to be rude. But pull the lines off the actuator and have someone in the truck and switch it back and fourth from two and four wheel drive you should feel pull from the one closet to the passenger tire for four wheel drive and the other one is to disengage. If you have pull in the line it could be the diaphgram gone inside or the actuator is siezed up, try spraying it and working it back and fourth manually.
