My 4x4 is not working and I have checked the fuses and replaced everything including the transfer case actuator, vacuum solenoids, the in dash switch, and gem module, the diaphragm on the front axle.

Does the actuator turn and the dash light come on when you turn it on? The last thing it could be is the shift fork.

I was talking about the fork that slides the collar inside the front axle to engage both shafts.

Is there any clicking of relays or anything inside of the truck?

No clicking in the dash, and the fork that is on the front axle works because i put 12v on the vacuum solenoids and could see the fork moving in and out
