2000 f150 4x4 will only engage when engine is warm and if you start out in 4x cold it wont disingage ontill warm warm . where do i start to fix

 

Best guess would be to check all the vacuum lines that make the system work comes off right side of motor and goes over to behind the battery box maybe lines are expanding and contracting do to the engine warming everything up
