Default 4.6 torque sequence verification

I've tried googling and not sure I came up with the right answer,,,lol.

So my truck is a 03 with a 4.6 and a w in the vin. That means its a Windsor, right?

My valve covers have 11 bolts. The pics I find say a 11 bolt is a romeo engine. And the torque sequence starts at the back of the valve cover and comes forward.

Is this correct. Just seems wrong.

The pic that says its for a Windsor has 14 bolts, and starts in the middle and works it way out.

Which pattern should I use.

No, the W on the VIN is a Romeo. A Windsor is a 6 for the digit.

Also, I've never followed a torque sequence on valve covers.... I just go from the center - out.

I wouldn't think it matters. I just use the same method you use for intake manifolds, heads, etc.

Center, outwards.
