a 2000 vic is non-pi so it really doesn't matter if it's romeo or windsor. You will need to reuse your intake manifold and the front cover will have to be swapped over.

Also the water pump and you'll reuse your alternator and it's brackets, ac compressor and PS pump, especially since you don't even remove them from the truck, just unbolt them and lay them aside while you swap the engine.

i'm not sure,but doesnt the romeo engine have a 6 bolt flywheel;and the windsor have 8;can that be changed?

i knew i forgot something, either can have either actually, but if your flywheel/flexplate is 8 all you have to do is get one from an f150 with a 6 bolt pattern. I put a mustang motor in my truck and had to get the 6 bolt f150 flywheel, it was $101 from NAPA.

Kind of a good time to do a flywheel/clutch anyway. The good clutch kits come with a slave cylinder, which you should also so because it acts as the throw out bearing.
